Dear Study Participant,

Thank you for your interest in our online study on the quality of life of transident persons. You may now participate in this short 15- to 25-minute survey.
In the following, you will now be asked different statements. You will be provided with agreement scales for assessment. Do not think too long about a statement and instead answer it as spontaneously as possible. Put a cross against the statements in the way that most closely applies to you and your behavior. There are no right and wrong answers.
All data is anonymous and will be kept strictly confidential. It is also not possible to draw any conclusions about you on the basis of the demographic data. The collected data will only be published in anonymized form. The survey can be cancelled at any time.

Aim of the study:
This study addresses the topic of health-related quality of life and psychological well-being/psychosomatic-psychotherapeutic needs in transidentity.

Procedure of the study:
The following questionnaire contains questions or statements about your individual perception and behavior regarding health issues and quality of life. In addition, there are some general questions about yourself at the beginning of the questionnaire (gender; age; your highest level of education, etc.).
