Dear Sir or Madam,

We would like to invite you to participate in our online survey on personality and the risk of exercise dependence.

This survey is conducted by the University of Canberra Research Institute for Sport & Exercise (UCRISE). Our survey aims to understand the relationship between personality, resilience, life satisfaction, and risk of exercise dependence in an international comparison (Australia, Finland, and Germany). In this survey, we are working with the Department of Sports Science at the University of Federal Armed Forces in Munich, Germany.

Our survey is aimed at adult regular exercisers currently living in Australia. That is, people who usually exercise at least twice a week and are at 18 years or older.

Answering the questions will take about 10 minutes. To get meaningful results, we kindly ask you to answer all of the questions. There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer as truthfully as possible and without thinking about your answer for too long.
