Right to confirmation:
You have the right, to ask for a confirmation, whether your personal data is being processed.
Right to information (Art.15 DS-GVO):
You have the right to ask us for unpaid information about your personal data stored as well as ask for a copy of this data according to legal regulations.
Right to correction (Art. 16 DS-GVO)
You have the right to ask for a correction of your personal data. You also have the right to ask for a completion of incomplete personal data, with consideration of the purpose of the processing.
Erasure (Art. 17 DS-GVO)
You ahve the right to ask for an immediate erasure of your personal data, as long as one of the legal reasons for that apply and as long as the processing or storage isn't necessary.
Restrictions of processing (Art. 18 DS-GVO)
You have the right to ask for a restriction of processing, if one of the legal reasons for that apply.
Transferability of data (Art. 20 DS-GVO)
You have the right to recieve the personal data you gave to us in a structured, esablished and machine-readable format. You also have the right, to transfer this data to another person responsible without obstruction by us, as long as the processing by agreement conformable to Art. 6 Abs.1 lit. a) DS-GVO or Art 9 Abs.2 lit. a) DS-GVO or if it is based on a contract conformable to Art. 6 Abs.1 lit. b) DS-GVO and the processing is carried out in automated procedures, as long as the processing isn't necessary for the execution of a task that benefits the public interest or is done in the execution of public authority, that has been transferred onto us. While exercising your right to transferability of data conformable to Art. 20 Abs.1 DS-GVO, you also have the right to realise that the personal data is transferred directly from one person responsible too another, as long as this is technically possible and the rights and freedom of other people aren't impaired.
Objection (Art. 21 DS-GVO)
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that is done because of Art. 6 Abs.1 lit. e) (in public interest) or f) (on the basis of the weighing of interest) out of reasons that arise out of your particular situation.
If you object, we will stop processing your personal data unless we can account for stringent reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedom; or the processing is used for assertion, use or defense of legal claims.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data that is done by us for scientific or historic research-purposes or for statistic reasons conformable to Art. 89 Abs.1 DS-GVO out of reasons that arise out of your particular situation unless this processing is necessary for completing a task of public interest.
You are free to exercise your right to objection through automated procedures in which technical specifications are used, in connection with the use of services by the information society, not considering the guideline 2002/58/EG.
Your right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data with effect for the future anytime.
You have the right to complain about our processing of personal data to a supervisory authority dealing with data protection.
